With over 14 years of experience in the industry, I embarked on my journey in delivery management while working for digital agencies in Manchester, where I honed my skills in client management, team engagement, and leadership. In 2015, I joined the BBC, where I had the opportunity to apply my learnings and take my skills to new heights, particularly through implementing Agile at scale. As the Head of Delivery for BBC Sounds and Audio, I am entrusted with the successful delivery of Sounds’ entire portfolio of work. My dedication to creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement fuels my belief that people are at the heart of product success. Throughout my career, I’ve overseen delivery for diverse teams and multiple products, each with its unique challenges and achievements. I’m thrilled to share my experiences and insights at the Women in Business & Tech conference and exchange ideas with like-minded professionals.
