Sarah leads the programmes and core operations functions for Motorola Solutions across International Services. Her team is based across the world and they focus on enabling safe and reliable critical communications to support our public safety organisations, which we all rely upon. In the UK, we deliver the radio communications for all 3 emergency services and part of Sarah’s remit is to refresh and upgrade this telco network (Airwave).
Prior to this, Sarah spent almost a decade at Vodafone driving strategic and transformational programmes including the 5G launch in the UK. She started her career in consulting at Deloitte and BAE Systems and has always focused on the Tech and Telco sectors. Sarah has a PhD in Chemistry from Oxford University.
Having always been in STEM, Sarah is passionate about empowering the female workforce and enabling a more inclusive world. At Motorola Solutions, she co-leads the Women’s Business Council in the UK, has had global roles leading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and she spends time mentoring both inside the company and outside with university students.
