Emma is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Emma joined Motorola Solutions in 2022 following the acquisition of Tetra Ireland Communications Ltd where she has full responsibility for the execution and delivery of solutions to Irish Government Agencies. Prior to joining Tetra Ireland/Motorola Solutions Emma held a number of sales positions with the national telecommunications company Eir in Ireland. In 2011 Emma moved into her first management position and before leaving Eir was responsible for leading the Strategic Business accounts team. As a business leader, she has a record of consistently achieving performance, where her ability to manage customers and team members ensures customer loyalty.
