Sam is a Change Delivery Senior Manager. She has worked in Delivery for 20 years, but not all of them in Tech. She delivered speeding fine process improvements into a European car rental company, intelligent roulette displays into casinos, international server migrations for a global media company, fuel efficiency software for an aeroplane engine manufacturer and now technology for financial services. With a career that ‘ended up’ in Tech rather than something Sam has carved a path towards, she often finds herself over-awed by the deeply technical abilities of engineers around her, however she’s learnt to recognise that working in tech is not only about coding.
