She actively serves as an ambassador for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Experis IT, demonstrating her dedication to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment. Additionally, Victoria played a key role in co-founding the “Merge” multicultural employee resource group, which promotes inclusive excellence within the organisation.
