Speaker profile

Varsha leads the Business Innovation and Co-Creation team within Vodafone Group and has for the last three years headed multiple sprint cycles that use Vodafone’s co-creation methodology.  Varsha’s drive and passion for customer focus enabled Vodafone to set up the Innovation Factory and adopt novel ways of ideating with customers and partners to explore new technologies. The co-creation methodology has since been instrumental in evaluating future use cases for Vodafone’s Platform strategy, such as Digital Asset Broker, Safer Transport for Europe Platform, and Drones. As the team evolved, Varsha has helped to advise internal teams on how to successfully apply the co-creation approach to secure strategic deals, and coach the delivery teams on collaborating with customers.  Prior to this role, Varsha has worked in senior management roles on a variety of complex customer delivery projects for Vodafone and Fujitsu. She has over 25 years of product and project technical delivery experience working with customers across multiple sectors.
