Samantha Williams has more than 15 years’ experience in the customer contact centre outsourcing industry with a huge passion and track record for helping organisations deliver exceptional customer experiences (CX). As Managing Director of Client Solutions for global CX provider Webhelp, she delivers commercial customer experience solutions for major UK and global clients built on technology, innovation and commercial engineering. Prior to this Sam was a start-up entrepreneur who built and later sold her own successful business in the fashion industry.
