Milena is a CTO at Trainline, where she runs a team of 400+ technologists focused on enabling greener travel choices, connecting people and places. Before that she has spent more than a decade at Google, working as an engineer and an engineering leader across a number of different product areas – most recently as an Engineering Director for Google Play Developer Ecosystem. Milena has a passion for building empowered and efficient tech organizations, robust and innovative technology and delightful customer experiences.
