Lorna is an Education Services Director at Dell Technologies with 25 years of people leadership experience over several business sectors.

Prior to joining Dell in March 2006, Lorna spent 10 years in retail management after graduating from Glasgow University with a Psychology degree. She has held several management positions within Dell Services including Technical Support Team Leader before moving into Learning & Development leadership roles. As a Global Education Services Director & people leader, she is responsible for enabling learning solutions for support services functions. The role involves enabling learning solutions to assist with onboarding, role enablement, maintaining readiness and skills transformation. Lorna is a member of the Dell Scotland site senior leadership team, is a company appointed UK pension board trustee and one of the UK leaders of ‘Women in Action’, a Dell resource group focused on promoting gender diversity in the workplace. Lorna is married to Brian and has 2 sons and enjoys travel, eating out and long walks with her dog.
