With 25 years experience in telco’s from the heydays of Nokia to the start-up journey of Virgin Mobile & the last 17 years at Vodafone leading teams across Product, Commercial, Sales, Operations  & Engineering. I am a growth focused leader & creating a high performance, positive culture in a fast growing and disruptive business is my number 1 business priority. My personal goal is to embed passion & energy into the teams I work with & to create teams of the brightest and most curious minds with a fundamental belief that every organisation can do better. I am passionate about the importance of diversity & inclusion & have led multiple Women’s Networks including the Global Women In Business Network at Vodafone.
