Speaker profile

Indhu has worked in the IT industry for 15 years, this was an intentional decision made during her early teenage years, which has led to accelerated progression within a number of organisations, programmes and teams. Indhu specialises in service transition, an area integral to IT operations, ensuring that operations protected from any project or change. Indhu has spent most of her career working in outsourcing organisations which has exposed her to different industries from a number of government bodies to utilities. Indhu likes to utilise her experience and training in ITIL, lean six sigma and project management to enact change.

Indhu has joined IAGTech at the cusp of the technology transformation in cloud technology, agile ways of working and now AI. Indhu’s current mission at IAGTech is to empower and direct her team to adapt their processes and tooling to work for the devops/agile models, working with technology leaders and functional areas to incrementally implement change, that streamlines processes to support the speed to delivery, whilst safeguarding IT services for the end users.
