Ilana serves as the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) lead at Dell Technologies for the EMEA region. With a decade-long tenure at Dell, she has led across a variety of different roles from operations, marketing, strategy, and her current focus on ESG and corporate sponsorships. As the driving force behind ESG initiatives, Ilana is focusing on advancing Dell’s sustainability strategy. Her role entails not only shaping the strategy but also effectively communicating to Dell’s clientele the impactful measures the company undertakes to foster a lasting positive influence on contemporary society.
