Faith Ruto is an exceptional role model, triple-certified Executive Coach, and International Keynote Speaker, specialising in female leadership development and partnering with organisations to help retain and advance diverse talent. She is the author of Transform Within – 7 Strategies for professional growth and resilience and the CEO & Director of Transformation21st.
Faith has over 20 years of global experience in Personal Development, Marketing, IT and Business Transformation. Coaching is delivered one to one, in groups, in-person and online.
Transformation21st has partnered with global brands such as Shell, NHS, British Red Cross, Climate Strategies, Chainvine, Imperial College, Montreal Associates, and start-ups to provide solutions that foster a culture of belonging for all.

Faith holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, a BSc honours degree in Business and Technology from Kingston University and recently completed Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.
Faith has been shortlisted for numerous awards and has gained recognition for her philanthropic work mentoring students and women and advocating for equality for all. Outside work, Faith is the public speaker ambassador for Eve Appeal (a gynaecological cancer charity), a mom of two, a keen runner, and an amateur golfer.
