Dr Samantha Hiew is a multi-award-winning Keynote Speaker, Founder of ADHD Girls, with a PhD in medical science. Sam’s work humanises neurodiversity and intersectionality, bridging the empathy gap and fostering a sense of safety and belonging in the workplace.
Sam’s insights come from lived experience research with the neurodiverse community. With a decade of experience in communications, Sam is a natural storyteller with a knack for demystifying the science of the brain and the ways humans interact with one another to create the relationships and culture we have at work.
Sam’s work has been recognised with the Difference Maker, Rising Star, Storyteller, Innovation and Excellence (Women’s Mental Health Initiative), and Positive Role Model for Gender (finalist) Awards.
