Dr. Hannah MacKechnie, CEO of Radfield Home Care, brings a unique perspective to improving the lives of older people. Growing up in Radfield residential care home, established by her parents in 1982, she witnessed the challenges faced by people as they age and the significance of connection. With a GP background, Hannah co-founded Radfield Home Care in 2008 with her brother, Alex. In 2017, franchise opportunities were introduced, expanding the company’s network to over 30 offices nationwide. As CEO, Hannah’s unwavering commitment stems from firsthand experience with the impact of loneliness on older individuals. Her vision is to help the nation age well and stay connected to what matters most, believing that care providers can make profound positive transformations in people’s lives.
