A lead authority on entrepreneurial c-suite leadership within international and global organisations, Dax is a renowned Woman in Technology, recognised Keynote speaker and societal voice. Listed within the Global CIO 100, Cranfield School of Management 100 Women to Watch, CREA Awards Winner, 100 Successful Women in Business and a Power list 100 Keynote speaker. Dax is also recognised as an invitation only member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Dax has held a variety of influential CIO and COO positions with significant remits in well-regarded global and venture-based organizations. With significant experience leading global functions, Dax has experience of day-to-day operations and leading services provided through a variety of key technology platforms, together with driving digitization across the organisations on a global scale.

Author of the book: The Entrepreneurial Quotient, Dax is recognized for her skills in digitizing businesses and entrepreneurial leadership, Dax has worked in several senior operational, technology and commercial positions within a variety of sectors, including financial services experience within both Fintech and Insurtech firms and established global banks.

Dax graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Cambridge (MA Cantab), continuing her professional accreditation as an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Dax underpinned her executive expertise with an MBA and is an alumna of Cranfield Business School and Harvard Business School.

In addition to her Executive positions, Dax has experience in a variety of non-Executive positions and advisory positions including Senior Advisor 25×25 Ltd, NED at CITL, an Industry Body focused on the Not-for-Profit Sector. Most recently joining the Mission Beyond Board. Dax remains committed to a variety of philanthropic activities. Recognized for her charitable and not for profit activities, Dax is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
