Chris is the founding CEO of Hatch, a social purpose business on a mission to level the playing field for talent into digital roles and to improve diversity & inclusion within the tech industry. Hatch specialises in getting more women into tech, and recently won Supplier of the Year at the UK’s Women-In-Tech Employer Awards 2023. Prior to Hatch, Chris spent 18 years in the corporate world, including being on the leadership team of FTSE 250, running a large, international Employment and Training Services division. It was during this experience that he developed a passion for challenging the norms in hiring and career progression, backing potential over CVs & education, and embracing the power of truly diverse teams. Frustrated with the pace of change in the corporate world, he set up Hatch to enable quicker change to equity in tech.
