Carole has had a long time career in HR and has worked for a number of global companies and sectors. Currently, she leads the International (EMEA & APAC) HR Team for Motorola Solutions supporting all business functions in the countries where the company operates, as well as acting as HRBP to the International Sales team.
In recent years, Carole has been an active member of the European Corporate Council for SWE and is passionate about supporting, developing and promoting opportunities for women in STEM.
Carole has a degree from the University of Kent and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
