After bringing the attention about neurodiversity to national television, Shazia wanted to do more to highlight the problems that children, and especially girls, face both in education and then in business. Shazia will talk about diversity, equity and inclusion in the tech sector focusing on neurdiversity as a superpower and not a hindrance. She will explain why it is time for companies to start to help educators and businesses understand and navigate the challenges of neurodiversity.
