We’ve been talking about the importance of gender equity for years, but some people still don’t accept that it matters. How can you break through to those who refuse to listen? From a data-driven approach to gendered language, to using satire to highlight prejudice, this session explores some of the strategies that helped to drive positive change within the Armed Forces and looks at how they might be applied elsewhere.
