Michelle Hainsworth, Managing Director of AMS Talent Lab, gives an overview of the Tech Talent landscape, with a particular focus on diversity, and what measures businesses are taking to deal with the deficit in skilled female talent. She will also be joined by Pamela Swiderska, who recently joined ONS as a Python Developer. They will discuss the barriers to women in technology, what attracted Pamela to a career in technology.
