Speaker profile

Victoria is a Software Engineer at Tesco working in Innovation. She joined Tesco as a technology graduate in 2012 and moved into engineering in 2016. Having been on maternity leave 3 times with her 3 young children, she’s well acquainted with the ongoing struggle of balancing family and work – and is determined to set a good example for her daughter. She also enjoys sewing, playing the piano, and crafting (not that she has time to do these things!).
