Sheridan’s background is working with boards and senior executives, formulating and delivering strategic and disruptive transformational changes in the private and public sector, especially through large technology and digital programmes. Until recently, she was Technology Leader at PwC, leading its digital transformation strategy. She is highly effective at harnessing technology and innovation, and driving collaboration and organisational change, to benefit people and improve organisations.

She has led national campaigns and initiatives directed at improving diversity in the creation and use of technology. Sheridan is the Founder and co-CEO of the charity ‘Tech She Can’, which inspires girls and women to enter into careers in technology and co-founder of Birmingham Digital Futures established to tackle the region’s digital skills gap.
