Lyn is the Programme Director for the national government Help to Grow Executive Leadership programme and leads a team of experts in all areas of business leadership.

 In addition, Lyn has worked on skill development at director level, leading training programmes for internal and external stakeholders when working as a Talent Aquisition and Operations director in the highly commercial recruitment sector.

 Lyn has experience of the Apprenticeship framework and has designed and implemented personal development content in the university in a variety of settings, working closely with industry partners to co-create meaningful and applied learning opportunities in the public and private sector. She has skills in coaching and action learning to ensure legacy and impact in any professional development programmes delivered.
