Speaker profile

Lilly is the Head of IVVQ at Thales Above Water Systems where she leads a team of technical experts that define and deliver critical test campaigns for key business projects both within the UK and internationally. Prior to working for Thales, Lilly has worked in a number of engineering companies with a focus on both technical and leadership roles within the field of test and integration. Her career has taken her all over the world, working with cutting-edge technology in the land, sea and air domains where no two days were ever the same.  Over the last three years she has also chaired the Women in Thales employee resource group, which is uniting women and driving forward cultural and business changes in diversity, equality and inclusion. Lilly is passionate about addressing the shortage of women within engineering, and making the workplace an inclusive place where people feel free to show up as themselves.
