Laden started her career as a software developer and later moved into agile coaching, inspired by her interest in building high-performing teams.
Laden currently leads a team of agile coaches and delivery managers who focus on delivering value for the business as well as ensuring that the teams have the right culture and the working practices to allow them to do so. She and her team coach support the business in Lean and Kanban practices while upholding values that drive a healthy work environment. Alongside teaching and coaching departments and teams, Laden enjoys mentoring individuals.
Laden holds an MSc in Software Systems Engineering as well as a BSc in Computer Science.
