Elisa Scomazzon is the Head of Operations at UTC Artist Management Ltd, a multi-award winning, next-generation talent management agency located in Peckham, London. Founded 11 years ago, UTC Artist Management was established with a clear vision: to champion talent above all else and create an inclusive entertainment industry that truly reflects the real world.

After over 15 years in the corporate world, Elisa was eager for a career change and sought a more hands-on, impactful role in a smaller, grassroots organisation. UTC Artist Management turned out to be the perfect match. Tasked with helping the founders of the talent agency develop a growth strategy, Elisa quickly realised that the corporate environment she was accustomed to differed greatly from the fast-paced and multifaceted reality of a SME. In need of fresh insights and skills tailored to her new role, she decided to enrol in the Help to Grow: Management Course at LSBU.

Elisa had a valuable experience with the Help to Grow: Management Course. It provided her with both practical and theoretical skills and the chance to connect with other small and medium-sized enterprise leaders.
