Dr. Tracy Rea’s career spans various industries with a notable portfolio of work. She is currently the EMEA Banking Lead and Consulting Director for Concentrix Catalyst, driving innovation in financial services through tech solutions. Tracy also chairs Parkour UK, enhancing community engagement with digital tools. Previously, she was the European HR Director at Laing O’Rourke and a Product Owner in the Agile Centre of Excellence at Lloyds Banking Group. Tracy’s early career was in high-performance sports, including being Performance Director of Scottish Gymnastics before the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and competing internationally in athletics. Her PhD on talent transfer inspired her diverse career moves. Tracy has authored an Exec MBA module on Global Talent Management and frequently lectures in her field. She is a single mother to a 12-year-old girl and a carer for her parents.
