So, you want to know who I am? My name is Lisa, and I am the Director and Owner of Lisa’s Administrative and PA Services LTD, proudly affiliated with the SmartPA Brand. As a Virtual Assistant, my mission is to alleviate the burden of administrative tasks for businesses.  I understand you might be thinking, “Not another PA,” but I assure you, I am much more than that. I seamlessly integrate into your business, functioning like a dedicated team member. I will become your right-hand person, managing all your administrative needs, and even reminding you of important meetings. In a previous role, a consultant I worked with affectionately referred to me as “the work-wife.”


So, what do I do? My services include travel management, inbox and email management, diary management, transcription, call handling, bookkeeping, CRM management, minute taking, event management, research, and even personal admin assistance if needed.
