Jane McDowell is an experienced public speaker, Amazon best selling author, YouTuber and Tree Lover.

Jane has developed her own unique system for helping women connect to their voice and reclaim their confidence. This has evolved from her 4 years at Heart Centred Business coaching business owners on their confidence and public speaking and her 20+yrs experience of helping women out of pain.

Along with her passion for the environment, Jane is on a mission is to rewild the world one woman at a time. She is passionate about making a positive difference in the world, having fun, being curious and being kind to the planet and each other.
