Speaker profile

Kimberly Lankshear joined Zeidman Development, a small software company working with non-profits in 2011. Having spent seven years prior to that working with fundraising charities and grant makers in various tech roles, she has an excellent understanding of the issues non-profits of all sizes face.

Kimberly started at Zeidman Development in a sales role but has grown her team and position over the last 13 years and is now a director of the company.

Zeidman Development are looking to move into new markets and it was that which prompted Kimberly to enrol in the Help to Grow: Management Course at LSBU. It allowed her the time, space, and skills to strategise and plan practically for the launch, and helped her gain confidence in her abilities to make this new venture a success.
