As Data Centre Operations Director for Microsoft, Veronica is responsible for managing all life cycle aspects of data centre operations from delivering new capacity, deploying new hardware to trouble shooting and performing break fix activities.
Leading a team of multidisciplinary technical experts, Veronica oversees Microsoft’s portfolio of hyperscale data centres in the UK, offering comprehensive range of Azure cloud services, AI, gaming, and data archive.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Veronica held several global and regional technology operational leadership positions at Zurich financial services, BlackBerry (formerly Research in Motion) and AT&T Global Network services. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and PhD in Electro Biochemistry.
