Speaker profile

Alice started her career in Logistics Management before progressing into Marketing as a brand manager for B&Q kitchens.  This then led to a new venture setting up her own internet retail business. After a career break to enable her to care for her disabled son, Alice joined the defence company, MBDA, in 2014 as a project manager, before progressing to Chief of Staff for the Managing Director, and then transitioning to her current role in Engineering, delivering capabilities and skills development for MBDA Engineers across four European countries.
