Louise Robey worked at the BBC for 25 years in a variety of roles: including the Head of the Leadership Academy, Head of Internal Communications & Head of Change, mostly in Technology (STEM) and Culture Change. Over the last 2.5 years she Co-led the BBC culture change programme where her role has been to build a new employee experience driving organisational development, while also coaching over 100 change agents to lead through the most rapid and transformative change in BBC History.  Which has just won the industry Award at The Change Awards 2024

In Sept 2023, Lou was appointed as the Director of Business Development for the newly created Women in Change organisation, which is uniting women leading change and driving transformational programmes and impact worldwide. In March 2024 she left the BBC, she continues at Women in Change, as well consulting as she builds up her portfolio career and Keynote speaking opportunities.
