Laura is an award-winning leader in the tech industry, with two decades of experience driving innovation, excellence and transformation. Throughout her career, Laura has been a passionate advocate for creating diverse, collaborative, and inclusive teams that consistently deliver exceptional results.

Starting her career in programming and data analysis, Laura quickly advanced to leadership roles. Along the way, she discovered her true calling: empowering women in tech and creating pathways for their success in the workplace. This led her to found Inclusive by Design Consulting Ltd and The Female Tech Collective, which are dedicated to creating equitable and inclusive workplaces.

A recipient of the prestigious TechWomen100 award, Laura is on a mission to accelerate gender equity and ensure that women in tech have the support and networks they need to thrive. Her belief in the power of intersectional feminism and women supporting women is at the core of her work—driving career growth, breaking barriers, and catalysing lasting change in corporate cultures globally.
