Kristen is an entrepreneur who bootstrapped a recruitment company from £50 per week to £850,000 in annual turnover. Her company has helped hundreds of clients hire millions of people in 12 countries. She’s also been to Parliament and Downing Street as a business advocate to influence policy makers and make sure the voice of small businesses is heard. Kristen is currently working as a Business Support Manager for Grow London Local, a government funded initiative designed to support sole traders and small business owners in London. In her time there she’s helped nearly 200 business owners and future entrepreneurs get access to the support they need to thrive.
